Cornwall Theatre School has been a massive part of my life. When Steph and her team first came to the Isles of Scilly to run a 4-day workshop, I was 12, and completely besotted with the whole thing. I loved everything about it! When I left the islands and started studying Performing Arts at Truro College, I became a CTS student and also assisted Steph in her classes. Under Steph’s guidance, I also achieved a Distinction in my Grade 8 Trinity Musical Theatre exam. Steph was, and still is, a massive inspiration and beloved mentor to me. I went on to study Creative Writing at UEA and have since had the privilege of writing multiple bespoke plays for Cornwall Theatre School.
